The product
Here Mobility Protocol is a pre-seed startup building a distribution network of electric vehicles hosted by local entrepreneurs. The goal was an MVP prototype to test with potential users for market fit. A host finds a scooter on the map, claims it with a scan and a $HERE security deposit, and adds it to their fleet.
What I designed
- Prototype: the MVP, designed to be tested with potential users for market fit.
- Become a host: how it works in four steps, from finding a scooter to earning.
- Fleet and map: the host dashboard with earnings, and the available scooters near them.
- Claim a scooter: its earnings and deposit, a scan of its QR code, a match, and then it joins the fleet.
- Changes: the designs adjusted from the test findings, from a map on the scooter details to a new confirm stake screen.
- Fleet: each scooter’s earnings, its current rider and rental history, and managing the vehicle.
