The product
A deployment is one programme’s setup of the patient experience, with its own name, country and status. The portal is where a team builds one: its care plan, language, onboarding and consent, behaviour and the rest, checked through before it goes live.
What I designed
- Deployments: every one in a list with its ID and status, and cloning one as the start of the next.
- Setup: a care plan built from a module library of learn modules, questionnaires and key actions.
- Editing: learning sections and their articles, with thumbnails and files, edited in place.
- Questionnaires: built by dragging field types in, from yes or no to scales.
- Deploy: a last check that lists every section, from the icon and version to integrations, before it goes live.
