Bug Blitz needs JavaScript. The method works with a shared doc just as well:
List the core flows, including one that fails and every flow again on a phone. Give everyone 30 minutes to walk them and log every snag: what they did, what they expected, what happened. Then triage: sort the findings, agree how bad each one is, send the ones worth fixing and dismiss the rest.
